Delivery services and charges depend on the order and the destination entered at checkout. Review the available service and final delivery charge before paying. A product price alone does not establish the delivered total.
Check the delivery address
Use an address where the parcel can be received. Check the recipient name, street information, postcode and country before submitting the order. For an address error, contact support promptly with the order number. An address change may be unavailable after a parcel has entered the delivery network.
Dispatch and delivery are different stages
An order confirmation records the purchase. A dispatch or tracking update records a later stage. Carrier transit time begins under the service’s own conditions; it is not a guaranteed delivery date inferred from the order time.
Tracking an order
Use the dispatch details associated with the order, or the order-tracking form with its reference and billing email. If a tracking record appears incomplete, retain the reference and ask support to investigate.
Damage, missing items or delivery problems
Retain the parcel packaging and order details. Record any visible damage and identify the exact missing or incorrect item. The returns process explains the information to provide. Delivery terms for a different supplier or an archived website do not establish the service offered for this order.
