This page describes information used to operate the Chemyo website. When you create an account, send an enquiry or place an order, you provide information needed for that interaction. Contact the store through the contact form about a privacy question.
Information you provide
Checkout may request contact details, billing and delivery information and the items ordered. An account stores its login and associated orders. A contact enquiry includes the details you enter in the form. Provide only information relevant to the enquiry and do not send card credentials, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through it.
How information is used
Order information supports order administration, fulfilment, customer enquiries and necessary business records. Contact details allow a reply to an enquiry. Site and security records support operation of the website and investigation of technical problems.
Service providers and payment information
A payment provider, delivery service or other enabled service may process information needed for its part of an order. The payment methods actually available are shown at checkout. A provider’s own privacy terms apply to its service. The website should not be assumed to receive a full payment-card number merely because a provider offers card or wallet payment.
Cookies and accounts
WordPress and WooCommerce use functional cookies for sessions, account login and the basket. Additional enabled integrations may have their own cookie behaviour. You can manage browser cookies, although disabling functional cookies can affect account and checkout features.
Retention and requests
Information is kept where needed for the relevant service, business records or applicable requirements. For an access, correction or deletion enquiry, identify the account or order involved and the information requested. Some records may need to be retained despite an account-deletion request.
